Accomplishment: Our combined team won the Bronze in the 12 Crew Seniors' Open Challenge Trophy. The 12 Crew Womens' Challenge didn't get pass the heats but we finished at 1:22:31 ahead of Sin Poly's 1:22:81, Ocean 5's 1:24:98.

Our team was in the 16th position among 25 teams and clocked 56min3.6sec. Although we could not reach our top 10 target this year, it is great to note that all participants already did their best and enjoyed the race. This was also the first 10KM Race for our new coxswain, Keng, and a job well done! We also had a great party and farewell for Isaac at Hooters after the race. A big thank you to those who attended the event!

Day 1- Achieved 1) SILVER at Senior Open Grand Final and 2) BRONZE at Expat Community Mixed Grand Final (NB. Grand Final is the highest category of Final above the Minor Final and the Plate Final. That means we got the medals among the top 5 teams for each of these events.)

Day 2 - 1) Qualified straight into the Corporate Club Open Grand Final but missed out on the bronze medal just by a fraction of a second. Achieved 4th among all the 13 teams in this event. 2) Premier Open Plate Final (against all the tertiary teams)!

Well done to our team!!! And a big thank you to everyone for their support over the two long days of races with heavy downpours in between and lots of mud all around!
We took lots of photos showing our happy faces while our hands are full with the medals and the two big trophies from Day 1! We now definitely have all the reasons to hold a big celebration at our upcoming Annual Dinner (tentatively on 15 January 2011, but still subject to confirmation)! So please stay tuned.

The Dragon Riders team managed to get into the Grand Finals of the Mixed Championship Inter-Corporate and Clubhouses event. A great achievement indeed considering this is the first major event for Dragon Riders although we didn't bring home any medals. Let's do better next year!

Represented as Singapore BioEm, the team achieved our best result ever in the 4th year of our participation of this very prestigious and fun race!
At the first heat, the 20-crew Mixed team qualified for the Diamond-Gold cup Quarter Finals. We eventually entered the Gold Flying Dragon Cup Finals and won 2nd placing! Well Done to the team!

Those with no prior paddling experience may attend the beginner's course run by KCDBT's coach during the 1st Saturday of each month. Trial sessions will run con-currently with KCDBT's normal training sessions for our existing crew members.
